I think A to A- is about right. IMO the best 'fit' hire outside of Kiffin to LSU and Stein to Kentucky. Can't wait to see what this team looks like in April.

I think it’s a fair grade. They gave BGJ and VT an “A”. If it’s the same article that I was reading that was the highest graded pairing.
