WTF are they going to do now that there are still undefeated teams out there and none of them are TOSU or USC?

...even if they beat the Little Sisters of the Poor, they will be called "contenders" for the National Championship!

ESPN is just going to have to start showing the wanna be teams from the pac 10 and big 10. They still have Wisconsin to show if i am correct, also Oklahoma, Missouri, and that prolific offense of Mississippi State!

Who the 17 has Oklahoma played? I mean, I kinda like them and think they could be very good. But right now, they haven't played anyone. Until they beat someone worth beating, like Tejas and Mizzou, they must be considered "wannabes."

you're right they haven't played anybody....yet. but they have put 50+ on the board EVERY GAME THIS SEASON. the vast majority of their points came in the 1st and 2nd quarter. calling oklahoma 'wannabes' is beyond absurd. have you even seen them play? they returned 8 offensive starters from last years big 12 championship team plus 5 more defensive starters. they are easily better than anyone in the big 12 south. they won't have to play mizzou (which they beat in the big 12 championship game last year) till the big 12 title game which could decide who florida, georgia or even lsu will have to play for the championship. the big 12 as a whole is very strong this year. believe it or not, there are other good teams outside the sec.

I can't resist, I have to say this.

Dear ESPN,

SHUT THE **!! UP !!!!! Real football is in the SEC - remember, you just bought 15 years of it. Not big 10, not pac 10, SEC. You know why too - the SEC is leaps and bounds the toughest conference in the nation, top to bottom. The one team pac 10 and big 10 are just that, so get their balls out of your collective mouths.

Starting next year, they'll be pimping the SEC. Great time for them to start early. We'll have the power of the largest sports network WORKING FOR US. And, by extension, ABC as well. Look for ESPN to push for the SEC championship game to be their "National Championship" match, as in "whoever wins the SEC Championship should be National Champion."

They have stunk up their BCS appearances for the last four years(other when they played Boise State). They are a good team, but I hate the thought that they will probably be playing in a big time game aGAIN this year.
