I pray he plays and we curb stomp them. I was getting pissed off every time the cameras would show their bench. For some reason he has one of those faces you just want to punch. Especially when he was clapping and acting all giddy at the notion of them beating us.

Soak in all the games you see with your Dad. I lost my Dad this weekend and some of my best memories with him are sharing our UK fandom.
We are 1 and 0 since he went to heaven Saturday morning.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Prayers to you and your family.

I know how you feel. I lost my Dad a few years ago. He loved UK Basketball. Always wanted to play football at UK, had a spot ready for him too. But he tore up his knee bad. And that was back in the late 60's when that kind of stuff was almost a guaranteed career ender.

I miss my Dad too. At least he got to see the 2012 Championship.

I hope we go smash Mizzou Saturday in honor of your dad.

Lost my dad right before the season started unexpectedly. This is my first season without him and it isn't the same. I'm sorry for your loss.

I don't see where Fans and Media think the Michael Porter, Jr. would play Saturday at Kentucky. His appointment with his Surgeon is on Thursday, Feb. 22 and that is in Dallas, Texas. They will then talk about what the Surgeon says and they will be traveling Friday to Lexington, Ky for the Saturday game. The surgeon could even say that he would advise him not to return and continue to get ready for NBA Draft in 2018 if he is looking to go to the NBA. The Surgeon could have him for a couple of weeks go through Contact practice and then see him again to see how is back is responding to Contact Practice.

The only day he would be able to practice if he is cleared would be Friday. Coach Martin has made it clear that Porter would have to go through Contact practice and see how his back goes with practice. There is no way in 1 or 2 contact practices that would give Coach Martin his answer. When last week when everyone thought he was seeing his Surgeon in Dallas Texas Coach Martin said he wouldn't had play last Saturday vs. LSU and wouldn't play at home this Tuesday vs. Ole Miss. The surgeon will even want him to go through practicing for 1 or 2 weeks going through Contact Practice. He hasn't played in 3 months, plus Surgery on his back and Porter will take a couple of weeks to be back in playing condition. Martin said he didn't want Porter, Jr. back for just 5 - 10 minutes of playing time. Coach Martin said that is not the player Michael Porter, Jr. is just playing 5-10 minutes. He will want to play 30 or more minutes and would need that 1-2 weeks with the team. He might not be able to return until the SEC Tournament and then it might not make sense to have come back if he is looking to head to the 2018 NBA Draft.
