There's a decent amount of these games. Morris traveling to Cahokia, Sycamore plays Althoff, Bloomington at Mahomet-Seymour, and other random games that don't have as much travel. This is kind of a strange matchup. Week 9, non-comferece, no geographic similarity. Did one of them have another opponent that backed-out?
Nope. The DVC has always had issues scheduling games. The whole conference played a random non-con game at some point this season. This is kind of a strange matchup. Week 9, non-comferece, no geographic similarity. Did one of them have another opponent that backed-out?
I think because IHSA has expanded the playoffs with more teams added, it makes some teams schedule some tougher competition because most cases they’ll still be in the playoffs as long they have 3 wins or even 2 wins if there isn’t enough 3-6 teams in the classThis is kind of a strange matchup. Week 9, non-comferece, no geographic similarity. Did one of them have another opponent that backed-out?
will be a running clock to start 3QLets just all come out of this healthy
Well that's Neuqua's fault. Nobody told them to schedule either of those teams. But again, the DVC always does whatever Naperville North and Neuqua want. So the result is the rest of the conference being forced to do whatever those NN and NV want. Those DVC teams scheduled some tough opponents too. Neuqua played, Oswego, Normal and Hersey. Combined, I think they are 23-1.
Just so I understand, the DVC forced NV to schedule Oswego, Normal, Hersey?Well that's Neuqua's fault. Nobody told them to schedule either of those teams. But again, the DVC always does whatever Naperville North and Neuqua want. So the result is the rest of the conference being forced to do whatever those NN and NV want.
NV could've avoided playing all of those schools. But nope, they needed to follow NN's lead.
Have no clue how you found my post to mean I faulted Neuqua, in any way, for their scheduling.Well that's Neuqua's fault. Nobody told them to schedule either of those teams.
