Eric Stokes Jr for Georgia...

I’ve looked a little bit but can’t find anything to confirm it, but Georgia has a defensive back named Eric Stokes Jr.

Could his dad be the Eric Stokes who played DB for us during our championships in the 90s?

I would say no. I found an article mentioning his parents and it said nothing about his dad playing. Also said he grew up a florida fan. Can't imagine our Eric Stokes would tolerate that.

I was wondering about this too watching the game. I figured someone would have posted on here about him during his recruitment, especially if he was good enough to be recruited by Georgia. Glad there’s no connection.

I remember coaching Stokes at Lincoln East. The kid could fly, and he had almost 0% body fat.
