Actually I think he has a good case for his lawsuit. He was berated in front of other passengers + add the boycott comment. Good chance for a settlement.

United does have a policy that prohibits recording video of Airline staff during a flight. It's not against the law like a flight attendant allegedly said but it is against United policy and it's probably buried somewhere in all that stuff that comes with your boarding pass that nobody reads.

Maybe. I didn't see anything that would qualify as berating, but maybe it happened.

It sounds like he moved into a seat that wasn't his, which they almost never let you do before taking off. It *is* none of his business why a white woman was given the seat. (I really like how news stories now include everyone's ethnicity).

Don't ever cause a ruckus on an airborne craft, white, black, or otherwise. Especially over something so stupid.

This guy is the epitome of so many things wrong in America right now. His nickname should be “pussification.”

I wouldn’t be surprised if he sues his mother one day.

He didn’t have a serious case for wrongful termination. How could they have known he would go so far in his vindictiveness? Most people wouldn’t blow up their future job prospects the way Murdoch did.
