You don't think there is embedded bureaucracy investing in continuation of the place and privilege? You don't think there is a political class of two parties that controls government? Deep State is an ominous term for it, but this political class basically exists in every well established government. They're like ticks that bury in deeper and deeper in order to hold onto power and privilege.I do. I find it hysterical to watch you try and hype silly **** you think confirms your world view.
Also find it funny that you Trumpers have a problem with these scary DEEPSTATE executive branch monsters, while also advocating to grow the executive branch to unlimited powers. :joy::joy::joy:

Trump is a disrupter to the bureaucracy and political machine. He's not Keynesian, but of Friedman. He's not Rumsfeld theory (but Gates, Panetta, and Hagel were), but Weinberger. And most obviously, he's not global, but national.
The GOP said if we can't beat him join him. They're just biding their time until he's out of office. The Dems said if we can't beat him destroy him. They're not waiting to defeat him at the ballot box.
3.5% unemployment is no con. An effective ME policy is no con. An increase in military readiness is no con. It’s funny and sad at the same time that you simply can’t see that he is a lifelong con man.
A con man claims to be a black man when the argument needs it but the claims to be white when necessary. A con man is christian when convenient but atheist when one needs to avoid to moral constraints of a current debate. It’s funny and sad at the same time that you simply can’t see that he is a lifelong con man.
It’s funny and sad that you can’t see how much better off the country and world is now than when he took over. It’s funny and sad at the same time that you simply can’t see that he is a lifelong con man.
I wish he would have been waterboarded to talk before he was killed....dont really care who killed himPoking fun is fine. Just don't care who killed him, but I'll still trust the professionals.
Well said sir.....post of the year3.5% unemployment is no con. An effective ME policy is no con. An increase in military readiness is no con.
Correct. You don't think there is embedded bureaucracy investing in continuation of the place and privilege? You don't think there is a political class of two parties that controls government?
Are you saying the political class dont protect themselves? They have a different set of laws & punishments, it's not right , but they doCorrect.
Then you’re quite gullible. It exists from towns halls to DC.Correct.
Then you’re quite gullible. It exists from towns halls to DC.
Then you’re clearly not in politics, in or work with Govt, in any capacity. Holy ****, you couldn’t be more wrong.Correct.
We see in the town in which I live too. There was a majority takeover of the city counsel and mayor two elections ago. They replaced a group that had been embedded for a generation. There were lawsuit trying to keep people off ballots. There were dirty tricks. There were death threats. All GOP on GOP.I've become somewhat involved in local politics at the county level. I am shocked at the level of nepotism and good old boys network involved, and beforehand, I thought there was a lot.

When the new officials were seated they uncovered so much malfeasance. The mayor cut so much waste. They did massive road improvements, school improvements, sanitation improvements. All this and they lowered taxes and still put a million more dollars in the bank.
Many years ago I live in a certain parish in Louisiana. I used to call it a banana republic. One of Bill Clinton's lawyers for his impeachment lived in the county seat. There was a judge in the parish who was a total dictator. While I was there he sent three consecutive sheriffs to prison. If the judge didn't like you you were going to jail. It's the county board I'm in the know on now. The sheriff is even a pawn to them. It's amazing. No wonder we're so screwed up anymore.
After reading this post I would think you would agree with me about the red flag laws & putting that much trust in the local judicial system.....Many years ago I live in a certain parish in Louisiana. There are always dangers of abuse. These have to be weighed against dangers of inaction. After reading this post I would think you would agree with me about the red flag laws & putting that much trust in the local judicial system.....
After getting burned on FISC I dont trust the feds to do this. Maybe at a state level I could buy it.There are always dangers of abuse. These have to be weighed against dangers of inaction.
Probably harder to gain universal reciprocity without the feds involvement. After getting burned on FISC I dont trust the feds to do this. Maybe at a state level I could buy it.
I cant see the laws being proposed as helping most shootings are done by people who broke laws to get gunsThere are always dangers of abuse. These have to be weighed against dangers of inaction.
I thonk the feds could set min guidelines and require reciprocity as long as they are met.Probably harder to gain universal reciprocity without the feds involvement.
I don't see the feds requiring universal reciprocity and not controlling the checks.I thonk the feds could set min guidelines and require reciprocity as long as they are met.
most shootings are done by people who broke laws to get guns
If I knew how to post a link I would..but the AP gives another story , although some bought guns legally they did so by the FBI or someone else dropped the ball & they shouldn't have been allowed to purchase the guns. Most mass shootings are done by people who obtained guns, legally.

I was the exact same thing happened in my town. We got a new mayor and replace much of the council. They cut taxes, fix roads, put in new sidewalks, and added $1 million to the city coffers in the first year. Just like you mentioned a generational regime was nearly completely replaced. Dirty tricks, lawsuits, threats. All Republican on Republican. We see in the town in which I live too. There was a majority takeover of the city counsel and mayor two elections ago.
