Congrats. It'd be nice to see Makayla on his staff in some capacity.
One of the best PG's we've had in my lifetime at UK...definitely Top 3 IMO, factoring total career of course.
He is just an assistant, not the head coach.

If he can instill the kind of smarts and instincts in his players that he possessed on the court, he will be a very successful coach. He was solid in all phases and was a team-first guy. He excelled at feeding the low post and Antoine Walker benefited greatly ...
Epps might be the most under-rated player in UK history. He's at least in the conversation. If Pitino doesn't move him to the point in '96, that crazy-talented team might never have jelled into the juggernaut they became.
