the real issue is it didnt have to be registered as hazardous. they followed the rules of having just enough hazardous cars on the train to not go over the limit and thus did not have to manifest as hazardous.
It really should be a cartoon about the rail worker strikes and how we all failed them and allowed the government to curb their rights and increase the risk of rail safety. Yah someone draw that.

The website linked by this guy on Twitter has nothing to do with the government's Justice40 Initiative. That website is just a frontpage for a report that the groups funding it are using to try to influence the government's program.
The measurements the government is actually using can be found on the map that is linked in the story that Redfern chose to only screenshot a sentence of in order to make up his slanted, hit job narrative. There is a reason that his thread avoids linking to any actual information on the initiative outside of his one screenshot.
Don't fall for everything you see on Twitter.
People who vote for candidates that run on/vote to defund the EPA are upset and screaming about the EPA letting this happen/not preventing this

SUMMARY
Justice40 Initiative = Government run initiative (uses .gov websites and never mentions justice40.com or its study in any of the content)
Justice40.com = Some lobbying/special interest group that created a study to influence the federal policy
Now go and research the shell companies that fund them. Probably just a coincidence they are named the same …….and probably just a coincidence they are being funded by the govt via shell companies
