Wear it or don’t. Who cares? Why do you feel the need to lobby or shame people to your side? I’m so over this nonsense.

It's the hypocrisy of the "experts". As I found many articles in which these same experts tell everyone NOT to wear a mask, or at least to say that masks offer "no better protection". Now, all of a sudden, masks are the answer.

Funniest comment I heard yet was a blue lot guy on facebook. A guy he works with tests positice so contact tracing contacts everyone in his department. If you spent 10-15 minutes in a room with the guy mask or no mask you were asked to quarantine 10 days to see if you develop covid. So if it takes a 10-15 minute exposure to put you at risk at work why do you have to wear a mask to go in and out of sheetz in 3 minutes to get a dring and bag of chips.

I have not seen one authenticated study to suggest wearing that stupid mask either prevents or limits the spread of that virus. I can't for the life of me understand why it's the new "go to" solution? You're better off drinking contaminated water laced with harmful bacteria to build your immune system than relying on that stupid mask to protect you from this virus.

Good grief people are gullible.

Why is it the "go to" solution? Because, they have ran out of solutions and they decided to go to the mask and HOPE that people don't go back and read what they had said about masks back in January-March. WAKE UP AMERICA!

That article you posted just shoots holes all over most of today's arguments about masks. Why are people being so irrationally terrified of something that effects less than 1% of the general population? I just don't get it.

I'm reduced to "conspiracy" theories trying to explain this rank stupidity over these ineffective masks and equally ineffective "social distancing" admonitions. What the Hell is wrong with people?

As with any survey/study you can get 4 different sides of the story depending on the agenda of the view being given. Tomorrow the agenda changes and so does the story.......I can't breathe

I just don't know why when there is so much information out there readily accessible folks fall the first thing they're told about sh*t that's only designed to control and/or scare them?

If it's that easy to fool us my guess is we're nothing but an amalgamation of fools? I think more of myself than that, don't you?

You scared of that virus Baby girl?

That is a very good ad. Excellent in fact! Spells it all out using them in their own words. Wonder how many Leftists will deny that's what they're voting for? Most of 'em won't even admit they are Leftists, but there isn't much in that ad they're voting against.

Thanks @WVU82 ...you absolutely rock!

But again, why do you care if I wear a mask? What harm is it doing to you?

I don't. Knock yourself out. I also don't care if you eat 10 pounds of french fries daily, but know everything you chose to do or don't do has consequences. What I do not want is being "mandated" to do something when there is no evidence it's even necessary.

You've made several posts mocking those of us who do wear masks...on on some level you do care.

Does that mean you'll run away scared, not knowing what to do, like your high school days?

You telling these masqueraders their masks are essentially worthless is like telling a little kid there is no Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, or Tooth Fairy. Their little make believe world has been completely shattered by the cold harsh cruel reality of real Life.

The masks the people are wearing are mere fashion statements that give the illusion of safety. If you want to wear a mask, knowing this, to give others their illusion of safety, do so. If you don't, and you're required to wear one, get creative.

Cut you a strand of chain link and wrap it around your head. Get some notebook paper and have your kids write/draw something catchy on it or better still, do it yourself and tell the store how you really feel about this stupid policy. Tape it together and voila, instant mask. Dress like a SJW, complete with a Black Lives Matter mask, and just steal the stuff you want. Get you a Hillary Halloween mask and scare all the people out of the store - instant social distancing!

The possibilities are endless. And fun!

No, and not just because I'm smart enough to figure out how to put on a mask and protect those around me either. Kinda sounds like you got a doctorate from Marshall....

Please tell me that was a tongue in cheek statement.

Please tell me that was a tongue in cheek statement.

Yes tongue was firmly planted in cheek making the point that drinking the contaminated water is no more unsafe or dangerous than wearing that silly mask. Both will contribute to contraction of killer viral microbes, and neither can prevent it in fact quite the opposite. You in fact need some measure of exposure in order to allow your powerful immune system to develop antibodies. The mask won't prevent exposure, drinking dirty water also accelerates the process.
