You might at least wait until the CAA final is over. You're talking about a coach who hasn't taken any teams to the NCAAs, after all.

She is a very famous former player - could almost say that she sold me on WBB (since I refuse to say it was Hatchell). She has been HC at Elon - a mid-major whose first coach was Kay Yow. In the prior 5 years she has gone 87-70, with her best season 19-13. Last year she went out in the first round of the WNIT, to a fairly dreadful VPI team -after losing in the first round of the conference tourney as well.
Great year this year - but does one year define a coach?
To what? You? She has done nothing special. I asked you to explain your reasoning for wanting her as a coach, and you tell me to pay attention. [eyeroll]
She has built little Elon into a very very good team. Her team responds to her. She is very well spoken and is upbeat and positive. I feel she has that certain je ne sais quoi, or the it factor. Hard to describe. I think she would represent us very well.
