Yeah im hoping in the future we branch out a bit i understand you have to be invited to some of these Jamboree's but i dont think it would hurt to reach out to let who ever runs them know your interested....Cumberland County Jamboree or the BB&T Jamboree would be nice to participate in.....better competition atleast get a better feel of where your at as a team

Exactly! I understand that the current setup is wonderful for county bragging rights, but that same setup has become old and stale. Try to bring in some teams Clinton doesn't normally see. Try to see if Coach Johnson could one day get Scotland County to participate, or invite some teams from Cumberland, Harnett or any other surrounding counties.

My Preseason pick would be Xavier Bowden from Goldsboro.....kids obviously the best individual talent in the conference they dont just invite anyone to that Army All American combine...has the size and the speed at both RB and LB...sadly he really doesnt have much around him

If Javonte Williams is not playing at WRH last season, Clinton wins that game by two scores. But he was playing and he was that special.

I’m going to make a bold prediction and say we will see a big upset in conference play this year. I don’t know who it will be but I think this is the year. Look for Clinton, Goldsboro, possibly even JK to pull one on WRH or ED

Read a article up here on NC preps scouts are pegging him as a LB at the next level....his size and speed i would keep him in the backfield

04 was talking bout Bowden from Goldsboro....i thought he was talking bout Kaba...but yes if Kaba plays both ways i see him as a TE maybe on offense

According to Coach Johnson, when push came to shove and Scotland put their best athletes on the field, they would have several players going both ways. He said Scotland is a 4a school but in reality not more than about 300 students larger than Clinton. Scotland is the only high school in the county and the early college contributes to 400-500 in their enrollment and they don't play ball. He indicated in the heat of battle, they would have 4-5 going both ways or have players giving a rest on the other side of the ball. He'll play'em.

I think we get more than 3 but after the way we played last season it’s very easy to make that assumption. Gotta go win to get some respect back

Less than a week to go.......I usually go out and watch alil bit of practice that first day im not sure how this new coach is as far as having spectators at practice.....hopefully i dont get kicked off the field lol....seems that has been a issue this summer

Walker is almost a lock and he visited Nc State 4 times in the month of July. They are the leader for him and they've already secured a commitment from his new teammate Savion Jackson. The Pack was the leader for Traveon Freshwater but word is that they have recently backed off due to his grades. That's what's been posted on the message boards at Pack Pride. Im a big fan of Freshwater and I believe he's going to have an unbelievable senior season at Northeastern. I'm praying that he ends up going to Nc State

My one regret is I wasn’t able to make it to the WRH NE game last season. Listened on the radio. I won’t make that mistake again hopefully JK gets to make the trip to E City early in playoffs and I can watch NE again closer to DC
