Looks like a rainy one here in the Breeze, Hannah keeps throwing out those feeder bands way out. So tropical weather got me in a tropical mood. Gonna drink some Plantation (Don’t you ******** get this thread sidetracked) Rum from Barbados. Gonna do some Chuck Burnt Ends and Beef Short Ribs. Pictures will be upcoming. What say the rest of the pack?

Smoked Red snapper on the half shell over pecan with some Kirkland (Costco) cab sav while at the table. PBR while on the smoker. And now.

I'm going crazy tonight with my first shot at Filipino cusiine

Fried lumpkins(basically spring rolls), garlic fried rice, and pork sisig with some shredded pork that I started in the crock pot last night.

I just finished all the yard work that I have for today, so I'm planning on an early start with lost forty beer and baseball in a couple hours, and then I'm gonna dip into my new bottle of the Rock's Teramana tequila when I start cooking tonight. I got it for father's day, and it's delicious on ice with a splash of triple sec and a lime wedge.

It rained a crap load Thursday morning before I left Orange Beach. Drove 12 miles north and nothing all the way back to Meridian. As far as grilling goes just burgers and sausage later today. I'm a cheap date.

I got some MBS 5 Wagyu Picanha that's been sitting in Dale's since last week. Almost ready for the grinder.

Aren't too many things more underrated than a good burger and smoked sausage, and I don't even mean the fancy kind. A Hillshire Farms horseshoe on a charcoal grill and then seasoned with a good BBQ seasoning is some of the best eating there is

On a side note, I did finally get to try some of the 85/15 steak burger meat from Welcome Home Beef last weekend, and it is delicious

Can you still brown bag at Gibbes? My big brother was from Learned. He used to say he was from North Learned to make fun of the Jackson guys. RIP Ken Smith

I know they stopped it for a while, but last I heard, they started allowing it again.

If you drink a lot of rum, as I do, give Flor de Cana a look, the 7 year is good for the price but the 18 year is my go to. It is excellent.

I'm a beer guy but if I drink liquor, rum is my favorite. I'll give this a try.

Venison and chicken Asian stir fry over jasmine rice, with a big green salad. Drinking a royal peach mixed drink: muddled peach slice, 2 oz crown royal peach, ice, and top with a sweet rose wine (Roscato Rose’ Dolce). It’s basically summer in a glass.

Ok boys, got a calf from the butcher yesterday so I had to try the ribeyes, sautéed mushrooms, diced red potatoes with Lipton onion and Brussels sprouts. hard to beat fresh meat.........?

Red wine and gin & tonics are flowing.

And if you are outside the humidity is less than 1,000!

Just remember one thing. M R Dawgs. Drebin. Humps. Glfr. Pat. Cochise. Ronpolk. Tenure. Missouri. I bleed. And all the ones I missed. We are in this dreadful relationship that is being a Mississippi State fan. No political bias can understand the pain that we go through. I appreciate you guys as my suffering brothers. I’ll disagree with your political views but seriously, we have bigger problems than our disagreements. Namely TBay and Dawg61 are pieces of **** and Ole Miss can suck on my chocolate salty balls.

Jai Alai is a DAMN good beer. So is Paradise Lost. Paradise Lost might just be the best beer I've ever had. As for us tonight......

Eye of the Round over indirect heat on the grill (seared with a blow torch to start) grilled squash, black eyed peas with smoked sausage, and a decent Tuscan bread to eat. To drink: J Lohr Cab with the meal, Jai Alai from Cigar City, High Cotton IPA, Chill Pills from Straight to Ale, Lager of the Lakes from Bells, Yuengling Golden Pilsner, Florida Man double IPA, also from Cigar City. That's over 7+ hours so not that smashed.

In orange beach for the week. Live on the coast and drive to another beach. Whatever.
It’s Perdomo’s and Modello until my body shuts down around Wednesday.
