I know Gebbia and Avery Roberts are early guys anyone else? Key Jr is still in LA and school starts tomorrow ...would be a hell of a commute if he is an early guy too.
KJJ and McQuitty both coming off surgery. I wonder how much they will be able to do.
I would be surprised if Gebbia doesn't red shirt. It wouldnt surprise me at all to see Jr and Gebbia redshirt..Gebbia needs time to grow and gain weight and Jr needs time to shape that frame into something a little position friendly
Did he have appendix surgery?KJ should be fine in a few more weeks.
KJJr could play this fall. A spring and summer in the weight room along with working with KW and he could go right away. People underestimate how quickly a WRer can get in shape. Would a redshirt year help him? Maybe, but we might need him right away and he may not want to sit.It wouldnt surprise me at all to see Jr and Gebbia redshirt..Gebbia needs time to grow and gain weight and Jr needs time to shape that frame into something a little position friendly
KJ won't be in the weight room until late March or early April if he just had appendix surgery. He will develop hernias at the three laparoscopic incision points if he tries to lift much over 35 pounds for the next three months.KJJr could play this fall. I figured as much!KJ won't be in the weight room until late March or early April if he just had appendix surgery. He will develop hernias at the three laparoscopic incision points if he tries to lift much over 35 pounds for the next three months.
last time I checked April is still spring.Winking You can still do all kinds of conditioning work up until he can lift.KJ won't be in the weight room until late March or early April if he just had appendix surgery. Ha. Indeed. I guess my point is that, as far as lifting goes, he will be a bit out of shape when he first starts lifting again in Spring. But he is young and will bounce back quickly...last time I checked April is still spring.Winking You can still do all kinds of conditioning work up until he can lift.
