Yep When you work for a company that has clauses in your contract that include in and out of work place conduct. But being a POS that probably is an hourly worker you would have no idea of such clauses.

I’d be curious to hear from other witnesses on what happened prior to the filming. Did they call the guy an ugly, fat prick and say cheesesteaks suck to rile him up a bit?
