As I’m sitting here getting more sour by the minute, it’s hard not to comment on these dumb arses picking off the ball further downfield that the line of scrimmage on 4th down, then oblivious to the mistake, running all the way the end zone to celebrate. They have no idea how dumb I think they are.

The Rams are going to annihilate them if they don't get better quick. I can guarantee Matt Stanford is better than Keenum. A lot.

OK, I gotta admit that I just snapped the game off in disgust. Hurts just threw a pick at the end of the 3rd quarter with the Birds down 20-6.

Could they come back and win this one? Yeah, but they would have to DOMINATE the 4th Quarter, and it does not seem likely, the way things have gone thus far. (I probably won't be able to resist the temptation to check back before this goes final.)

I thought this game was gonna be a walkover with Caleb Williams out. But Case Keenum is playing OUT OF HIS GOURD! Where the hell did THAT come from?!

Second, what happened to the Eagles' offensive line?! Not long ago, it was unquestionably the best in the NFL. I have not kept close track on this, but there must have been some personnel changes in addition to Jason Kelce retiring.

Two things I really liked:

1. Jalen Hurts coming in and leading the Birds to that late 2nd quarter TD. It doesn't get any later, or better, than that. What a veteran, cool headed call to run that ball, rather than spiking it, and score with no time remaining. Awesome. This guy is a pro, and a gamer. Love him.

2. Jason Kelce's halftime commentary about the Eagles and what they needed to do in the second half.: "WE need to do this, and WE need to do that." I laughed and mentioned this to my wife, and about three seconds later, Pat Mcafee asks Kelce "What's all this WE stuff?" LOL. Kelce is an announcer, but he'll always be an Eagle.

With the PAT, it's 27-7, Bears, with 7:19 left in the game.

C’mon, it’s not like Keenum’s 39 years old, or Raymond’s a career backup.

It’s one game. I’ve seen a lot worse over the years as a Philly fan. They’ve got 14 more games this year to turn it around. Keep the faith.

This is a city with a team that traded the #1 pick in the NBA draft (turned out to be Brad Daugherty) for a bum named Roy Hinson

Cheer up Eagles fans. The Rams tend to blow games so spot them a 10 or 14 pt lead in the first half and that will be your recipe to win.

Howie has a lot of work to do this off season. The oline needs a major overhaul. Dickerson, Juergens and Lane Johnson retiring (hopefully Bell can step in), Steen have not been good let alone average. Plus they need a TE to replace Goedert as well. This offense needs a lot of help and changes.
