Make the routine play. That's been the mantra. This, in my opinion is how they are going to develop him within Holg's scheme. The rest of the whiners are just that. More on this board than others. This is the process. Fist game, next game build on those and develop. Repeat. Let's see what happens game by game.
I think the throw DR made on the move to the corner of the end zone for the touchdown is the best ball I've seen him make in 15 games. That was a big time throw.

DR is gonna have some monster numbers going into the Michigan game.

Honestly. Sometimes I wonder if its just trolls or certain fans really are that fvcking stupid?
I listened to a f’n moron Huskerbooster in a bar in Lincoln before the game last night tell the whole room how it would have been cheaper to fire Satterfield and rehire him as the TE coach…. His other rant was about how stupid it is to be firing federal workers. Complete idiot.

I loved the way he moved in and out of the pocket last night to buy time. Loved the couple of runs he had without sliding. He’s a BIG QB. In person he looks like a TE. He’s probably more likely to get hurt sliding than by taking on safeties.

It was the best throw that was caught, he had good ones where the WR didn’t secure it

We'll see what happens come Big 10 play. Still think Dylan has a lot of improvement he needs to make. Pumping up stats against bottom feeder competition can only tell you so much.

Dylan and the team are doing exactly what they are supposed to do. Win the games you're supposed to win. Zero turnovers. High completion percentage. Score TDs. Put the game in the bag by halftime. Let the backups get valuable reps.

Never said anything on the contrary.

Loved the fact seeing the backups get substantial reps. Some young defenders I’m excited about.

Agree for the most part, but everyone else is also playing bottom feeders. So, its pretty even.

Those live game reps are huge for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th team guys. Massive.
Think about what those reps do for young players and their emotions too. I was thinking about that with Cortez Mills. Highly desirable young player from across the country. Sitting behind some good receivers. He's going to still be recruited by OU and other teams. These early catches and a td can't hurt when constantly keeping other teams at bay.
