We were the first to discover him and I believe that we get him. He needs to jump on board or else we have 2 other guys in line waiting.

Frost is visiting Steven Parker today. Will be interesting to see if we would take both Parker and Jordan. If so, we probably wouldn't take Pola-Mao.

If he is smart, he will ignore teams like FSU coming in to "steal". Pick between the schools who have the most invested in you..TCU, Utah, and of course us. We are closest of those 3 so that could help. If he starts delaying--his NU door could close.

Wonder why they wouldn’t offer Parker from Dallas if he ‘s been available..

I think this is overstated. We may have been the first to offer, but he was "discovered" beforehand. Heck, I think he camped at KSU several times. He just wasn't getting more interest because of the grades and test scores.

FSU interest in Dylan Jordan could delay his commitment date. He was set to commit on the 28th. Safe to say this kid is underrated. ACC, BIG 10, BIG 12, PAC 10 interest.

He could be referring to the numbers. Depending on who else gets in the class
Sure, makes sense, but there’s still room for 4 more, correct? Jordan, Parker, Njoku, and MPM is my thought, if they take both Jordan and Parker.

But I have no insight or secret information, so I really don’t know.

I think the assumption has been the NPG and MPM were a package deal. That might not be the case.

Kansas 2019 LB Dylan Jordan had planned to commit Monday Jan. 28 after this weekend’s #Huskers visit, but new #FSU interest could postpone those plans: https://rvls.co/2B0tTJP

You might be correct, I just don't think we would have pushed MPM's visit date back if he was a priority.

I think the staff still wants another DB - Starks/Mayo/Grad Transfer. It's also possible Demariyon Houston and John Bivens could commit.

Right. I am just saying that there are 4 spots and at least 8 players being discussed for those spots.

Randy Gregory wasn’t all that great at taking on blocks and I think we can all agree it would be nice to have a guy like him coming off the edge rushing the passer. It’s yet to be seen exactly how good this kid is but I for one would love seeing that type of speed going after the QB!

Randy Gregory was a beast, and I don't remember him ever having problems getting off blocks. Maybe the Miami game where he got into it with their OT a couple times, but that's it.
