You're still not getting it....... sanctuary cities have zero need for detention centers and more courts......they don't believe in detaining the illegals they now harbor.

No offense but since you're not running for POTUS, what you (or I) favor is not important. I don't think that Medicare for All is desirable or affordable but many say that they want it but they might not when presented with the realities of it.

Instead, it's only reported by how many people currently "lack" health care and will die without it. No less expensive cost effective alternatives to Government running health care is ever offered.
