We’ve had tickets on row 18 before that were too low, and have had tickets on 36 that were more ideal. This is in section 4.
Obviously this is subjective.

I’d say 30 and above. We sit in the mid 40s and it’s a perfect view.

At DWS all my seats have been pretty easy to see even when I was on row 12.

But serious. How far up in the stands do ya need to be so the sideline players don't impede your field vision ?

I had seats at LSU in 2000 or so that was so obstructed by the players that all we could see was from the endzone to about the 20 yard line. It was the worst money I ever spent on a sports event.

I've had season tickets on rows 4, 11, 17 or 18, and 55.

I hated 11. Row 4 was obviously low but kind of cool because we were so close.

17 / 18 was ok. IIRC you couldn't see from sideline to around the yard numbers. Now we're on 55 and it's better but probably not as much as you'd think. As you go up, you go back and the angle doesn't improve all that drastically. But you do get further away so it's harder to see in general. I'd guess that 25 - 35 range would be ideal for getting close as you can but with a good view.

Thanks. Yall answered my question perfectly. I got row 55 section 5 and the view from my seat thing made it look like if players were on the sidelines I might be looking at them instead of the field but yall made me feel good about them
