****** defensive scheme, ****** offensive play call, really ****** officiating with more than one really bad calls that made a difference like the offensive pass interference there at the end.

How can they have that many good receivers and run such ****** plays?

Probably the worst coaching decision you will see this year. Unbelievably stupid.

McCarthy makes coaching football look so hard. I understand that 3rd down sequence if you’re at the 40 yard line, because you’re probably going for it either way.

That was 4th and 3 down 3 in the 4Q. You have to tie the game there.

Going for it on 4th & 3 there when a FG would tie was like a call I’d make in a video game. I can’t believe an NFL coach did that in real life.

4th down play call stupid, 3rd down play call not much better, straight dive play with Zeke, no imagination . MCCarthy 0-1

How do you not take the tie in that situation? One of the dumbest things I've seen an NFL HC do. If it had been 4th and 1 then it would have made a little more sense but 4th and 3 is pretty low percentage that far into the red zone with the defense pulled up. Along with the highly questionable OPI call it cost Dallas the game.

Yeah, it was bad. The Cowboys got the ball with 2:30 to go. They run 10 plays (10!) and only gain 15 yards. Then the game ends with an unused timeout.

That offense did not look like it was loaded with talent at the WR position tonight.

Well at least he didn't try that going for 4th and 3 **** against one of the best defensive lineman in the history of the game.

Now that would've really been stupid.

The call was questionable for sure but it’s 4th and 3 and the receiver couldn’t get depth to convert?? The rookie ran a 2 yard crossing route and it cost them a probable touchdown to go up. WR coaches drill that into your head to get depth on your routes especially on 3rd and 4th downs. You’ve gotta get past the chains.

Should have used that TO after they got the 3rd down stop there about 1:30 before the 2 min warning. That 30 secs running off the clock hurt. When you’re on offense you can always stop the clock without that TO.

Cost the team the game. Not saying they would've won, but how do you justify not tying the game at that point?

You can't. Even if they had made the first down it was still the wrong call. Missing that chance to kick the tying FG allowed the Rams to go into 'kill the clock' mode for much of the 4th Q which they could not have done in a tie game.

Sounds like I didn’t miss anything new other than the Cowboys being the Cowboys(Offensive Line sucking and bad play calling) I did see the replay while flipping channels of the Offensive interference.... that was bogus and you definitely don’t call it at that point of the game...

Nice James Harden-style acting job by Jalen Ramsey took away Dak's chance to bail out McCarthy. But yes, McCarthy's call was the wrong one.

The other thing is its not like it was 4th and goal where if you make it you get the TD. Even if they had made the 3 yards they still could have very easily ended up having to kick the FG anyway. Just a strange decision in that situation.

Yep McCarthy isn't the best coach, got lucky to get the job with Rodgers on the team, after he wouldn't let Farve start over him and he was traded.
I remember when he was in New Orleans as OC and he sucked then too.

Was wondering why there wasn’t more discussion on this. Ramsey does a subtle hook of Gallup’s arm, with no flag. At that point, Gallup has a right to do what he can to free up the arm. It’s either a no-call or its defensive holding on Ramsey. Superstar benefit call for sure. If it’s Julio Jones or DeAndre Hopkins running that route, no way does that flag come out for OPI.
