obviously hate them and their high horse better than you attitude, but what are the odds they actually get caught up in this FBI deal? I honestly can't see rat face knowingly paying recruits, but capel yes. How protected is coach k?? This whole thing is a mess and college athletics has been controlled by money for years now, but man it would be the greatest thing ever if someone could finally put the hammer down on that holier than thou program. Go cats

I wouldn't put much faith in Duke going down, but I think the odds are pretty good of Bagley being ruled ineligible when the EYBL raid reveals the huge amount of money given to Bagley's Dad via Nike Phamily. Its going to make the money Kanter was paid look like chump change.

Remember, Bagley was down to Duke, Zona, USC, UCLA. The assistant coaches for two of those teams have been arrested and are going to be singing like birds. If there is something rotten that the FBI has been made aware of in EYBL and that they are looking for in particular, the murky financial situation around Bagley would have to be on top of the heap. Its why most Duke insiders thought Duke wasn't even going to try to recruit Bagley as of a year ago.

Capel is dirty as hell. And when Cal won't even sniff the best PG in the class- Duvall- there's a reason for it.

Duval was a guy that Duke actually cut off contact with in his junior year. It wasn't until his senior year when they missed out on Quade and some other guys they got desperate enough to recruit him.

Capel had to talk K and other coaches into it.

It was immediately after he announced his transfer to IMG. If he doesn't transfer they never get involved. But yes they did miss on Quade.

LOL. Bagley will be playing for Duke from the first game to the last game of this season, barring injury.
