Factor in the fact Gonzaga cannot hit any 3's...and they never really had a shot.

I like Kyle. But the myth that circulated all year on this board that he had transformed his game, and his tissue-soft attitude has been exposed. Maybe against Pepperdine.

You always have missed calls but it's been a pretty well called game esp considering Duke is on their jersey

Yup. When they figure out how they lost this game it will come back to hi having the chance to tie up the game and take momentum but he goes up with no effort and misses a freebie.

No way Duke would have beaten Notre Dame. Shame Wisconsin wasn't on their side of the bracket.

Wiltjer didn't morph into a better player , he played easier and much less athletic competition that produced his newfound success . The sec is loaded with athletes and that stifled his game , I like Kyle and want him to do well but all that talk this year was bs .

probably the best defense and rebounding i've seen from gonzaga. yet duke could drive to the hoop on command. gonzaga couldn't hit a three.

What I love is how all the pundits tried to pretend that Gonzaga was a legitimate contender to Duke. Give me a break.

Duke waltzed to the Final 4 while we had to play the hottest team in the tournament in ND - who had beat them twice.

Now we'll have to beat the NEXT best team in the tournament (Wisky) in a slug-fest while they'll beat 7-seed MSU without even working up a sweat.
If we're so lucky as to make the championship game we'll be battered - much like last year - whereas they'll be fresh.

Hope we still beat them down.
