He’s averaging 6.8 assists per game agaisnt only 1.1 turnover per game through the first 7 games. Over the last 2 games he’s had 15 assists against 0 turnovers. He’s killing it this season.

I was thinking something similar. Like practically everyone here but you, I had some lingering doubt about whether Zion would see as many 1-on-none opportunities as he did in his high school highlight reels... but he is!

They did, but one thing they discussed that I kind of agreed with is our first conference game against a decent Clemson team will come after 2 weeks off. If we were an older team, I wouldn’t be concerned. The game will be at home and we should win, but may look sloppy, but for some reason, our younger teams always get off to a slow start to start the conference season after the holiday break. THE biggest difference is this team is closer and are used to playing with each other (along with being unselfish). I think that’s why K was not happy at the beginning of the second half against Indiana when we looked complacent and sloppy (even though we were up by 20). That’s going to be our biggest enemy—complacency.

If we stay healthy and on the right course, this has the makings of being the most nerve wracking March of all time. We have already fallen in love with this group, give it a few more months.

I honestly muted it for a little while. I called my dad and said man these announcers are bad he laughed and said I was just thinking that. Those guys should cover app state or something the rest of the year
