Man, I am hoping but, not feeling too confident from what I have seen lately. Still, I will be watching.
We're smart enough to win. We're not supposed to be talented enough to win... If they make mistakes I say we take advantage. If not, I'm really worried lol.
If Ben is out, who plays LB - Gagnon or Hill, both really struggled. Could we move Rumph or Waters to LB and fill their spot? Rumph is athletic enough to play the position.

Gagnon should NEVER start again until he spends at least 3 months with the duke wrestling team.
Duke football needs to exorcise the demons of that kick return from Halloween three years ago. Saturday night is a prime time to do that. This program has struggled to win the "big" games since then.
Both teams coming off a loss. Duke is coming off of one of the worst defensive games I've witnessed by our program and seems to be regressing. I'd like to think we get the W but it's hard to have hope after last week.
Agreed Nivram, and for the freshmen on that '15 team its their final time to avenge that dreadful and controversial ko return. OFC
Is there anything Cut can do to transform our non-defense into at least a delay mechanism? If we slow Miami down and protect Daniel, we may have a chance to outscore them, a slim chance.

In a twist of irony, Duke is 3-0 as an underdog this year. Northwestern, Baylor and Ga Tech (ALL ROAD GAMES)were ALL picked by oddsmakers to beat us. Conversely all 3 of our losses have come to teams we were picked to defeat: Va Tech and UVA at home, and Pitt on the road.I am hoping the trend continues this week: The Devils are a 9.5 point underdog to Miami. Based on this theory we have an excellent chance of springing the upset.
Miami has had poor qb play last two weeks in losses, and the natives are getting restless: There's even been calls for Richt to be replaced this week in Miami area sports media. Lets hope we're catching them at right time...

I was going to watch the game but I’m not really in the mood for my blood pressure to go through the roof. I’ll hold off on that for Tuesday.
I'm with you, I've had too many ruined Saturdays because of our inept tackling. I don't know if I can do that again.
What score we got? I 'm going with 42-33 Duke. We still owe them from the one the refs have to them. I generally don't like to point .To poor officiating for a loss but they blew that one big time. I remember I couldn't watch the game for some reason and was keeping up on ESPN. I thought it was over and started celebrating on our football thread and had to go back and delete. That really sucked and I hope the team got to see the replay. On that sequence this week .OFC
