Does one team favor us one way or the other ? Is there an obvious angle ( other than loathe Duke) that I'm not seeing ? I'm going to root like against them regardless , but I'm not that impressed with Va's talent .

Apparently we want va to lose, I’m having a hard time with that as they are my second favorite team today. There are plenty of other games they can lose why chose puke? I can’t stand puke
Root for UVA for 2 reasons. 1 - Duke is more likely to fall off the 1 seed line than UVA, due to a tougher ACC schedule, and 2 - Always root against Puke, do I need another reason??
I mean go against duke bc it’s duke. The future is too hazy right now to warrant pulling for duke. I don’t want to end up the two seed in dukes region. Ideally I don’t want to see them until the finals.
I fear VA more than Duke

UVA went 3-17 from 3 in their 2 point loss at Duke who played without Jones. Interesting matchup.
I prefer a UVA win. The consolation prize is that UVA losing gets us one step closer to Louisville.
Having said that, I want this Duke team to lose as many as possible so we don't have to hear about them for another 25 years...
I live in Louisville. I’d love a Duke/UK matchup in the E8 at The Bucket. Atmosphere would be absolutely epic.
Do we move ahead of UVA in the rankings if they lose? Doubtful Duke drops behind us even if they lose.
I still think it’s going to take a team to have a special game to beat Duke or Duke having injuries.

Kentucky fans travel so I’m not worried about that. But given how we’re playing now and the story that is, we shouldn’t have to meet Duke before the final four, if not the title game
UVA didn't come out like crap DUke decided it was one of the 15% of the time they can actually shoot 3's Bilas is dead wrong as UVA needs to come out of whatever D is letting them get those shots as when Duke starts making 3's they never stop. You know when watching a game if they make the first 2 they will make 15 or so that game. If they miss the first 2 they will go like 4-27 from 3. Duke is always one of the other this year since they only have 2 real shooters on the team.

Their system is garbage for when it matters and great for beating medicore teams BUT i wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they come back and beat Duke tonight.

Uva can’t score enough to beat duke. You need offense and some athleticism. They are easy to guard for duke bc it’s a bunch of plow mule offense with no guard who can break anyone down. Duke can pressure d and get steals and run outs
Have to score AND defend the perimeter to beat Duke. UVA is the most OVERRATED program in the country.
Someone on here told me Duke couldn't shoot threes, I haven't figured that one out yet.
