The defending champions lost by 40? October is too early for games that count. As skysdad said, thank you for your contributions on this thread. I love basketball, but I am truly baffled by the revenue generated by the NBA.

Jayson Tatum led Boston with 41 points (6-of-12) from 3 in a 140-129 win over Charlotte. Tatum added eight assists and seven rebounds in the win. Jabari Parker scored 13 points off the bench. Mason Plumlee had a double-double (12 points and 11 rebounds) in the loss.

Duke has so many players in the NBA, I would assume a 50-50 split in wins and losses. To date, most of these updates appear to be losses
