I have decided hate this little 17ing leprechaun after another another lucky play by these guys.
Well the kid does look like Rolenfurter of “Rookie of the Year” out there so it’s is understandable we cannot get it out of the infield in him.
I swore to myself I wouldn’t drink tonight....but combine that ****** inning with my pit bull, wiping out my DoorDash food....I just popped a topped.
I’m at the ballpark…crowd looking for anything to get excited about. Not much of a factor tonight.
Other than giving up six runs and not being able to get many runs ourselves, it hasn't been all that bad**
I expected the same. Makes me think the plan tomorrow will be Preston Johnson for 2 to 3 innings. Hootie for the next 4 to 5 and Sims for 2 to 3.
If we needed 9 runs last night with Bednar, they had to know they were gonna need more than 8 tonight!
Maybe we start Sims tomorrow and tell him he's got to go the distance. He seems to be the only arm we've got to silence those bats.
