This would be extremely bizarre as he and Oscar woudln't really work great together, he doesn't shoot the 3, and would clog the lane and deplete each other's rebounds. He also has similar defensive liabilities, plays below the rim. Very weird.

Cal would play Oscar, Timme, Toppin, Livingston and Wallace/Wheeler

And we would march to the Final Four on their coattails.
A dream big lineup for Calipari!

He shoots the 3 a little. Like 1 a game at 30%.

In theory, you play him as a stretch 4 with Oscar drawing all the attention in the post. If he can shoot 2-3 a game at 35% it’s good for everybody.

Of course Cal would probably have him shooting 17 footers, or posting Timme with Oscar hanging out at the foul line, running to the rim for putbacks.

And you probably would be saying goodbye to Brooks and Toppin.

How anyone can see this as a negative is beyond me. Those two would be the twin towers and dominate.

Good ball handler for a big. Draws lots of attention. Oscar would have an absolute field day with put-backs and lobs.
