I call BS. Who has reported that Ulis was academically ineligible at the time other than the hack writer at complex who really isn't a writer at all?

Well, an enormous amount of posters have been directly reporting this particular poster (RuppsRevenge) as posing and trolling FOR YEARS. I think that many are just frustrated that after constant reporting and/or contacting mods, that nothing is done.

I believe they've done as much as they can do - I know he's been "on vacation" several times. Mods are bound by rules as well. If the OP hasn't directly threatened another poster, or hasn't used vulgarity or other offensive language they can only do so much.
Best bet is to ignore anything this person posts

yeah, I don't remember hearing/reading about that anywhere else, either.

That's totally different from rules though. I don't believe there are very many actual rules about what mods can do. Mods on many other boards rule with an iron hand deleting and banning anything and anyone that says anything remotely negative. Not that banning people like the OP does much good in the long run though, takes all of 2 min to whip up a new account. Ignoring them is more effective. If everyone put them on ignore, or just didn't respond to them, likely they'd never realize they needed to make a new account, unlike getting banned.
