Didn’t seem like a bad kid. No ill will toward him for me. Wish him the best.

I’m really not bothered by this one. What should be the horse and I think that freshman can pick up some carries

He had 600 yards and 12 TD’s, I could see some schools reaching out to him with more than we are paying. Combine that with what looks like a more limited role moving forward and it becomes and easy choice for him.

He made a memory plowing into Shiloh and breaking his arm.

His interview after the game was epic.

EJ better be ready to handle the rock full time and bust out next year.

College football is a complete joke right now. Best not get attached to any players nowadays until this stuff is stabilized.

It is more that this is what CFB should have looked like for years. Think how many ******* college players were just stuck at a school with no chance to play with almost no chance to leave. All because when they were 17/18 they picked a certain school. That is crazy when you really think about it.

It seems Dante may think he can leverage a deal with Nebraska NIL or he may think Nebraska is on the verge of getting a great RB from the portal. Or as some have said Holgorsen may have painted a picture for Dante and it's not a pretty picture and he's getting out of Dodge. Welcome to the college football portal roller coaster ride it has surprises at every turn, and some dips may have you lose your lunch.

As soon as Musk and Ramaswamy are finished cutting 2 trillion in annual government spending, I’ll pitch in to help them solve the fiasco that NIL and college football has become. I liked Dowdell and I think him leaving does hurt a bit. Hope we find a back to fill his shoes.

I happen to think he was a pretty good down hill RB. So many of the folks that post on this forum were drooling all over his game early in the season.

best of luck to him ---if you think that we are drawing Emmit Smith and Barry Sanders talent at this point of the where this program is then your delusional IMO.

He is a very mediocre running back. Glad to see him go. I wish him well. Seems like a fine young man. But we can do much much better

I went back and forth on him. After watching him in the spring I thought he was JAG. Big slow and no vision.

Earlier in the year I was thoroughly surprised. I think he got in better shape, was a bit more explosive and stronger.

Finally as the season went on I realized he was simply a straight forward power back with little balance, poor lateral quickness and poor vision.

Simply put IF he could stop jumping I actually think he could be solid goal line back for someone.

Can't really make a guy miss with a two way go. If I'm him I go wherever the money is because I don't think he will play on Sundays.

Seems like a great kid and I wish him the best.

I liked him. He ran hard. The hesiman wanted nothing to do with him on that TD run and he punished shilo sanders.
