Gosh... all-time highs you say? We haven't seen all-time highs in the stock market since... well.. since almost every year.
Well, let me check for years where we did not have all time highs just to be sure. I certainly don't want to base my beliefs on pure feelings and political rhetoric. So looking at the facts, apparently we have all time high stock markets in most years. Huh... who knew? It sure sounded like some amazing accomplishment. "He did it!!!"
Since 1980, the market tends to hit new highs in ~70–75% of years. I think Bush Jr was the only president in most of our lifetimes that did not have record high stock markets.
