With all due respect to Pederson, having a head coach who runs a pro system instead of a college-oriented system on offense is an automatic disqualifier, in my opinion.

It's not a deal breaker for me but I'd like our next coach's hair color to actually be colored. Something other than gray please.
Obviously there's instances of it working with Carrol and Harbaugh but I'm just not a fan of NFL Head Coach retreads. Seems more times than not as soon as times get slightly tough or slightly good they just bolt back to the NFL. I know the Stallions drama had something to do with it but there was always Harbaugh back to the NFL rumors before that and he was even at his Alma Mater.

Due to such great donations by Liberty Mutual/Limu Emu the university will now be dropping Herky and changing the mascot to the emu. The University of Iowa Emus.
I think you need somebody that wants to coach college and is younger.
