getting 17 wins in a row with no losses is a hell of an achievement, especially for a team that was thought to be a bottom dweller. Although it would have been great to win another one, we let them take over the game after our 9-0 run and they did it without their star player and another in foul trouble.
Nobody should be surprised that we are not an offensive juggernaut. Poor ball handling, foolish shots(with many taken way too early in the time frame) and just a look of confusion doomed this game. Unlike many of our wins, nobody stepped up and carried the team. We just got outplayed when it counted most.
But, this team is still on course to have a great season with hopes of the post season. We need to get our sh*t together and win a damn road game!
