Dook-Wake going to OT

[caneintally]

Kentucky will move ahead of Puke in the AP next week for sure now!

Yep I am praying for the team that is going to get punished for Duke losing tonight but it sure as hell won't be them. If they truly lose this that is 2 HORRIBLE losses in 1 week. They have no business being seeded above us now . We have won more games since Xmas in major cbb then anyone not named Baylor. Duke has gotten beat by crap teams ( and one of those by 22) in a single freaking week .

[*CatinIL*]

Show some class Wake! Quit dunking with this big of a lead geez

[laughing]

[KYWildCatsFan]

So how far does duke move up in rankings?

[mcwildcats04]

Duke just wrapped up the overall #1 seed. We probably fell to a 7 seed after our win at A&M tonight.

It's unfortunate that the NET was constructed to specifically not allow Duke to drop if they lose a road game in OT.

[thumb2][thumb2][roll][roll]

Carolina loses it's a perfect night.

[STL_Cat]

Loses to 11-15 wake. Will still be projected as a 2 seed.

[HenryMuto]

God that Evansville loss is so haunting we would be a #2 seed right now.

[jameslee32]

That secures a top seed for sure now. Thanks Wake!

[KyCatFan1]

Coach K must have been to tired from the double overtime to blow by. He looks like death warmed over.

[HalHR2500]

Duke locked up a 1 seed tonight and UK dropped to a 5 according to Lunardi

[akaukswoosh]

Beat Auburn and there’s no way we don’t jump Dook in the AP.

[Saguaro Cat]

Show some class Wake! Quit dunking with this big of a lead geez

Coach K pulls a Wake player to lecture him on just that.

[zannmann]

Duke loses to another trash team and barely beat at horrible UNCheats team. When is the media going to admit this team is not that good?

[JerseyCat84_rivals57050]

Beaten pretty soundly by NC State and Wake Forest. Lost at home to SFA and barely won at UNC. Sounds like a 1 seed to me.

[LineSkiCat14]

Wake 111-101
Wake wins 113-101

Duke 1-2 in last three games

We can laugh about how absurdly they are protected.. but Kentucky will move past them with an Auburn win.. and probably even an Auburn loss.

This was a BAD loss. What is Wake.. a Q3 loss?

[Short-Dawg-69]

So how far does duke move up in rankings?

2 just behind Kansas of course

[fisherscat]

Crazy. 84 free throws shot in this game, 50 by Wake.

[MNantz]

Coach K must have been to tired from the double overtime to blow by. He looks like death warmed over.

hell he looks like that at the start of the game !

[MojoYamamoto]

I guess now we are supposed to believe WF is a good team? They will be in the "last 4 in" tomorrow on all the bracket geniuses brackets.

[BassProCat]

Not fair to Puke...they was on the road, refs weren’t fair to Puke by fouling out those players and letting Wake shoot more FTs.

Puke #1 overall seed.

[KyCatFan1]

Pretty sad that loss to a team that was 11-15 is only a Quad 2 loss.

[KYWildCatsFan]

Beat Auburn and there’s no way we don’t jump Dook in the AP.

AP voters-“hold my beer.”

[HenryMuto]

Duke just moved up a seed line with that Wake Forest loss.

They got blown out by 22 by a bubble team and moved down 1 spot in the polls and stayed a 2 seed so I guess move them up to a #1 seed now.

Duke has 4 quad 1 wins with a home loss to SF Austin (quad 3 loss) and a 22 blowout loss at bubble NC State and now a loss to 14th place Wake Forest and don't forget about that miracle win over 10-17 North Carolina who is 15th place.

Yet somehow still a 2 seed makes perfect sense..........

[TortElvisII]

How will ESPN spin this?

Duke upset by determined Deacons

[SmoothRunner32]

[MarkPftw]

I don't care if it was a Double OT game, Duke just gave up 113 points to an 11-15 (now 12-15) team. LMAO ! Duke is ******* GUTTER TRASH ! [roll][cheers][roll]

[JerseyCat84_rivals57050]

God that Evansville loss is so haunting we would be a #2 seed right now.

We’re a 2 seed as of now. F Lunardi and his **** brackets.

[fisherscat]

Cats keep winning. At this point who knows what seed is possible.

[MNantz]

The Rat Face Bastard just called the NCAA and said he would like this loss to be removed from his record because he was running a slight temperature !! The NCAA agreed

[westerncat]

Great day when Puke get their butts kicked. I love it.

[ChicagoCat90]

This loss is pretty bad. Bad enough that I could see lunardi dripping UK to a 5 seed.

[HagginHall1999]

The #9 defense in the country per KenPom gives up 113 points to Wake Forest.

Hmmm, what seems misplaced in that sentence?

[justanotherguy505]

So how far does duke move up in rankings?

Duke will beat Virginia; Kentucky will beat Auburn. Kentucky will be a four seed in Los Angeles, while Duke becomes our one.

[HenryMuto]

Damn you North Carolina and damn you Kansas for losing on opening night to Duke.

[BassProCat]

Been a crazy ****** year and I’m sure it will continue.

[Blue in the Brew]

I know he says that as a joke, but I fully expect to get bumped down a spot because of this loss. They will bump duke down and put someone else currently behind us ahead like they have been all year.

[deplion_rivals116063]

Kentucky will move ahead of Puke in the AP next week for sure now!

[roll][roll][roll][roll][roll]

[HenryMuto]

Duke has only 4 quad 1 wins

[HenryMuto]

Duke is now in 3rd place in the ACC
