Must stay on this team. Calipari better find a way.

Instead of giving up on him, why not invest in him during the offseason. Help him improve on the things he lacks. The kid can ******* shoot the ball. He had the two of the best induvial games of the season. Guys like him are the missing keys to potential championship runs. We NEED him.

Cmon Dontaie, work on that lateral quickness and athleticism in the off season! Come back next year and Cal won't be able to keep you off the court. You play better D and you'll get more opportunities to do what you do best, shoot the rock!
Run Allen run!! Don't waste another season with Cal. These are the best years of your life so go somewhere you will truly be appreciated like WKU.

What the heck were you looking at today? This is a team sport so what is the problem with teammates assisting the team's best scorer get open for shots? You seem to have very little knowledge about the game.
It always helps when there are more than one scorer on a team. This team only had Allen, who is just a shooter nothing more.

dude, allen needs to stay if he is in to being mistreated. Otherwise, dude, allen needs to get as far away as possible. One wasted year should be enough. He has paid his dues to the state of Kentucky.
he will be back, and be alot better

Look, can the kid spot up shoot? Yes but that’s where it ends right now. He has the potential to be great in 2-3 years.
You state Allen's extraordinary talent as if anyone can do it. However, no one else on the team can shoot anywhere near as good as Allen. The last time I looked they don't give points for running fast and jumping high. If that was the case, we would be in the run for another championship. Maybe one day you and Cal will realize teams are awarded points only when the ball goes through the hoop and a team can't possibly have too many guys who can do that extremely well.

There are people here who hate Cal more than they love UK. They're cheering for bad things to happen so it can help them get rid of Cal.
hate to break to them that as much as i have been pissed at cal this year he’s not going anywhere unless he leaves on his own.

Can you imagine if Allen announced that he played his last game for Calipari and is transferring to IONA to play for youknowwho? My goodness there would be a volcano erupt in Lexington.

I didn't watch the game, but I looked at the ESPN play-by-play record of the game and saw that UK took a timeout at 0:08, and that coming out of that UK timeout Dontaie took a three-pointer with 0:04 left. Were they able to get him a good shot ... or not ? Knowing Calipari, those four seconds were probably a cluster f * * * ! ! !

In all the years past I would be hoping for him to stay. But after watching his coach do everything he could to sabotage the kids season I hope for his sake he transfers. Cal will not change. He will favor other kids over him next year based on promises of playing time he’s made.

Saying Clarke and BJ are our best players says a lot. Look at their stats. Big oof.

Furthermore I’d argue BJ was one of our worst players all season. His shooting percentages are terrible yet he continued to shoot. He had a 3-4 good games and if he can commit to working hard to bring those kinda games consistently I want him back. Hopefully he does just that.

I also hope Clarke comes back. Gonna be thin at the 3 next season. An improved Clarke would be great.

You heard his interview, he is going to bust his butt in the gym all summer. He will be back as a better contributor next year for the Cats. Him and Mintz.
After he hit a couple of shots, he played with great confidence — and it showed on both ends of the court. If he can do that consistently in the future - wow. Hit the weight room and work on the handle!

LMAO you can’t be serious! Did you miss it when he took the ball in the lane, spun and found Ware, IIRC, with a beautiful drop off pass?! What about the sidestep, step back 3 off the bounce?! Or the play where he pump faked, went around his defender and hit that pretty floater in the lane?!

I have no clue wtf people are seeing or not seeing with Allen. It’s almost comical at this point. He’s much more than just a damn spot up shooter. I guess he STILL can’t play defense, too, right?! Biggest crock of **** I’ve ever heard. Just stop.

There’s a lot of posters here that don’t know much about the game. They sure think they do, though. Allen played a great all around game today. Not just his spot up shooting.
