Broken collarbones are rough. There's no cast you could put on it, so you typically have to wear a sling to keep the area immobilized.

My son broke his when he was 4. Clean break. He was back in action in about 3 weeks, but I know that the older a person is, the longer it takes for that type of injury to heal.

IMO DA will need to work on his lateral quickness for defense. He has a nice offensive game, but defensively is where he will need to work to see the floor for Coach Cal.

Awful freakin luck. Sucks for the kid, and sucks for us that even if he's available next season he's likely to be well behind where he could have been.

Lock him down and get him safe, poor kid.

True. It could be worse. He was in a car wreck, but at least he’s not a drug dealer.
That’s my point dude was slangin rocks and weed with gun on school grounds when you’re a top 30 kid is a hell of a trade off. When keeping it real goes completely wrong

The wife got an alert this morning and told me soon as I woke up. She wasn't real sure which recruit it was. I told her it was the kid from Ky. Just two terrible setbacks for the kid. Hope he gets healed quick as possible. Would love to see him suit up for Big Blue this fall.

I think Allen can be a guy who will average something like 14 and 7 by his junior or senior year. I think he is incredibly underrated and when healthy, could be the best kid from Kentucky playing here in quite some time. While he didn’t have near the talent around him, he was still a much better high school player than Darius Miller was. While they are obviously different positions, he was more of a Chris Lofton type high school player. That worked out well for UT.

I’d agree. Almost 6-6 and a better athlete, rebounder and shooter.

I disagree. I think Baker is going to make a big jump next season. It will be his sophomore year after sitting out all of last year. He was basically just a freshman this year. I'm expecting big things from Baker next year. Hopefully, he turns into Darius Miller 2.0.
