I am so over our blow heart coach and his constant repetition of the same crap. Just once I would like to hear him say what it should mean to the players to be able to play at the winningest college basketball team ever. We have the best facilities, highest recruiting budget probably, best fan base etc. All Cal ever talks about is getting his players to the NBA. I don’t give a rats *** about that. I want UK to win games and championships. I want a coach who understands the tradition of playing at UK. I want a coach who will build a program using something other than selfish over rated high school players who could care less about playing for UK. It is time to get that type of coach and move on from thus **** show Cal has created at UK.

Cal needs to do his best recruiting on his own roster... no reason so many leave to be Undrafted or 2nd rounders as freshman or even sophomores. The other top teams have junior and seniors every year to go along with thier true 1 and done guy or 2 tops. And some it works out for, but some of these guys are developmental league, over seas or 1 and done minimal contract in the league. What good did Cal do those guys who aren’t super stars or leave without the skills to compete for that NBA roster spot or second contract. Lasts year and this years players are NOT NBA ready, but he will push them Out and tries to hit a home run with next years crop? It’s exhausting as a fan. And not a winning formula on the court unless you get the next AD, Wall type and they are fewer and far between then we can expect and not guaranteed to choose us and Havent lately. Those guys end up elsewhere it seems. To get better coaching.

One and Done isn’t the problem it’s the coaching and scouting. The roster fit is horrible. We should be able to have 2-3 one and dones and the rest 2-4 year guys. It’s seems like the 2-4 guys are always run off which leads to backwards *** rosters like this year

I've been saying this for years. Glad to see you guys starting to come around. Cal doesn't care about the program. He's using it for his own narcissistic reasons to create some BS legacy at UK to help the "kids" achieve their dreams. Think of OAD as "drive-by" recruiting classes. Been saying this for years. It cannot be successful over time. Truth is, 2012 was lightning in a bottle and sure I enjoyed it in the moment but that was the exception and not the rule. The Calipari era at UK is not going to end well, I fear. Cal is using us and the UK program for his own selfish purposes. To borrow from a famous Bobby Knight quote...Cal wants BBN to "lay down and enjoy it, as long as it's inevitable".

I blame the kids for not having more heart and fire..... but I dont blame them for how inept the offense is ........ Cal's pathetic offensive coaching is the blame. Cal's system is to blame. Barnhart is to blame for not seeing the problems and trying to get Cal to get better assistants to make up for cal's flaws.

The only reason he won that title is because of Miller and a once in a lifetime NBA lockout that made Lamb and Jones hesitant to enter the draft .
