A New Mexico judge on Tuesday removed January 6 rioter and Cowboys for Trump founder Couy Griffin from his elected position as a county commissioner for his role in the US Capitol attack.

"I'm shocked. Just shocked," Griffin said. "I really did not feel like the state was going to move on me in such a way. I don't know where I go from here."

Well, he can always go back to the Ram Ranch Cowboys.

Here we go again.

The judge has no such authority, he is far out of his lawful lane.

The people, through their local Grand Jury, could investigate and indict that judge with or without the district attorney's cooperation. And the lawful Militia, organized well enough to be considered legitimate in the eyes of the people, could enforce the orders of the Grand Jury if the county sheriff refused to.

But the people don't know Grand Jury from Grand Theft Auto and they screech about keeping and bearing un-infringed, but never get around to organizing Militia, the reason for keeping and bearing.

We could push back hard and lawfully but we can't because we never prepare to do so.

I have some info pinned on my timeline with specifics on the lawful tools at our disposal.
