If one candidate gets more than half of those certified votes, the process is done. If not, it lays out the processes to follow. None of those are send it back for state review.

I do too, but the ideas on Pences power in the electoral count vary. I was pointing that out. I didnt expect him to flip the votes. I thought perhaps state legislatures would use their power where they saw fit due to fraud. Some have tried.
