Nope. This situation is where it is because Biff screwed the Iran deal, period. Biff created this mess and he knows it. He'll sanction sanction sanction and nothing more.
Did you see the article where Obama drafted a special status to allow Iran access to our banking system so that they could trade with other countries? It was never executed, but it was on the table. This was after we converted billions of their worthless money into US $ in hard currency. What do you think they are doing with that money?

Moreover, couldn’t it also be said for the sake of the discussion that the Obama administration’s actions of reversing 60 years of Middle Eastern foreign policy to deal with the world’s prolific state sponsor of terrorism have played a factor? The bypassing of Congress to do so circumventing our traditional treaty processes even further contributing?
You’re basically saying Biff had to continue down the Obama path or else this is where we are.
Iran owns no responsibility? They do sponsor terrorism and initiate proxy wars throughout the Middle East and threaten our 2 closest allies in the region and go so far as to directly attack one of them. We can also not discount the attacks on the tankers either. This doesn’t even bring the aspects of them funding Hamas and Hezbollah into discussion.
