Does the NCAA have a Vacator Inspector General?

Does the NCAA have a Vacator Inspector General? Someone who checks that the appropriate schools/athletic programs take down the necessary banners, update their school's prospectus, records, and media guides, send out mail and email to ticket buyers and program boosters and supporters alerting them that wins have been removed from their overall log, etc?

Each program has a compliance person who has to file reports to the NCAA & I think the conference office too.

But I think the NCAA delegates some things to the conference to help police members. I think.
