There are several people who can declassify information. However they have to go through a process. The President doesn't. The law doesn't apply to Presidents or even former Presidents. The so called legal scholars know at the end of the day the Supreme Court will destroy any legal argument they will try to make. However it won't stop these idiots from trying to indict him hoping he won't run. Lots of holes in that strategy too. Hopefully these idiots don't start a civil war. If they do I'm not cleaning it up for them.
