I’m a big believer in “if you build it, they will come.” In the seasons PSU bball managed to have great seasons, the BJC is packed.

Unfortunately, that's not actually true. It might have been almost full for a late-season weekend game, but that's about it. As I've pointed out, we played a huge game as the 8th ranked team in the country in 2020 in front of a half-empty building in February. There isn't another school in the Big Ten at which there would be any chance of that happening.

It will be true but we need to sustain it. Take a golf analogy, nobody is saying the guy who just won the British Open is Scottie Shefler but if in the next 5 years he wins 5 majors then yeah he will be ranked as one of the top guys. With hoops it will take a few years of sustained success as in making the Dance every year going to the Sweet 16 a couple probably a Final Four in there. Then people will start showing up to a Jan or Feb weeknight game where we are a top 20 team.
