In a pregame video on Twitter, I saw our S&C coach wearing a version of my favorite cap. Adidas makes these dri-fit caps that are light and comfortable and actually fit my big melon head. If you have seen one online or in a local store please let me know.

It’s my favorite hat and ended up being my good luck charm for the CWS run!! Those adidas hats are outstanding!

You can get these, but they're not the same thing--that light running cap. I have two plain Adidas ones, and it never occurred to me to get one with a State logo on it. Now I'm obsessing.

Adidas does a crappy job of making the things they make for our teams available to the general public. I thought that is why you sponsor a team is to be able to sell the things you produce for that team. This is not the first thing I have seen that was not gettable.

But to your point, a great example of that are the black STATE hoodies and crew neck sweatshirts several members of our staff wore on the sidelines last season. You couldn’t find those anywhere.

Campus bookmart or the lodge produced some replicas on Badger branded clothing but they were not the adidas our coaches were wearing on the sidelines.

Mine was the '85 hoodies for Baseball a few years back. I even talked to John and Chris on how to get one. Thankfully one of the local vendors made up some '85 Baseball gear and did a hoodie. But I could not get the Adidas ones.

Yeah, same here. I believe Campus Bookmart screen printed or ordered some Badger brand replicas of the adidas ones. I bought one from them.
