The SCOTUS isnt going to hear Trumps DACA case this year anyway, that was signaled yesterday. Trump knows he's not going to be able to do anything with the DACA kids, whoch os why he is offering this now. He is just offering what we already have. And no, having to deal with DACA again in 3 years isn't worth a wall.
Trump manufactured it? Is that a serious statement? And you dare call someone a trump *** kisser? Could you be wrong historically wrong?
What does SCOTUS have to do with Congress shirking their responsibility to deal with the issue?
dave constantly shows his ignorance. First, agreeing with some troll named Shirley in stating Trump's proposal has to go through the House first and it apparently doesn't as McConnell is bringing it to the Senate next week. Second, total ignorance on the Dreamer situation. Trump ended Obama's EO for them causing a crisis with these individuals. Lower courts ruled and stopped Trump's action against the Dreamers leaving them with temporary status. Yes, I know what happened historically. Third, the Supreme Court has announced they are not reviewing that situation so the lower court decision is in effect.
For god's sake, STFU and learn something. It is one thing being ignorant and following every stupid comment Trump says but you don't have to show ignorance publicly on the board in your piss poor attempt to "own" others when you are dumb as a rock on so many subjects.
