My daily wear is a Rolex GMT Master II “Batman” that I snagged from my AD at retail. That was a major coup. I also have a rare 1968 Heuer Dato 12 2547 NS with the famed Valjoux 72C movement. That’s a rare bird to come across and if you like vintage racing, it’s even more fun.

PS: shame you sold that Rolex Daytona. That’s the one. My absolute grail is a vintage manual wind Daytona. 6263 or similar from that era.

I would love to wear and collect watches think they are super cool but I just hate it on my wrist it bugs me.

I have about eight watches, and only one is relatively expensive (Tag Heuer, but it was a gift). I do have a skeleton watch, which shows all the gears in action, and it is a nice conversation piece when I am out and about.

I also have a pocket watch that I wear when I am wearing a vest for a formal event. I have to admit, it's kind of cool to bring it out, flip it open and check the time.

Weird thing though - when I am at work in front of the computer, I cannot wear the watch - so it goes in a drawer. But, when I leave the office for lunch, a meeting, or at the end of the day, I put on the watch before I leave my desk.

I probably wear my Bat Girl (jubilee bracelet) that I got at retail from my AD the most. I would then say my blue face roman numeral Datejust second (my first rolex, will probably never sell it).

I also wear a G-Shock, love that watch.

Great watches. I went back and forth on the jubilee bracelet. It’s worth a bit more on the secondary market, but I prefer the classic oyster look on an everyday watch.

I wear an Apple Watch mainly for working out and fitness reasons. I have almost bought a high quality watch several times, but I never pull the trigger because I just wouldn’t wear it often and have no children to pass it to.

Same way my “I’ll plead the Fifth” was a joke. Remember drinking and playing cards in your dorm room and insulting people? Same difference.
