Well I don’t think you are needed. How about that? Actually, I pretty much know you aren’t. My dog seems to fart just fine without you sucking up her *** and pretending she’s Cal.

Fine, but as with Cal what you think is irrelevant and clearly nonsense.

I don’t want him gone. I want the swagger to come back. But here’s the thing and it sums up all of our thoughts on Kentucky Basketball. We as fans have a philosophy that has been shared for generations. It’s a certain type of team, a certain style of play, a certain expectation and a level of play that if we don’t see it, we get pissed off. Not having crowds at the games only exacerbates the situation. I want a physical, pressing team that plays 94 feet.

I want a team that can dominate inside while having consistent shooting from the perimeter. The players that have been here since 2015, save for a few, have all been the long, lean kids that THINK they can play multiple positions. No shooters, no physical presence inside, no scrap to them. But here’s the real issue. We don’t share the same philosophy as Calipari. He mocks us fans and it doesn’t sit well. He made the claim numerous times that he’s here for the kids and securing their future. He counts draft picks, we count nets. I’ll never change from that just like he’s not going to change. You’re a lying SOB if you only thought we’d have 1 title since 2009. It’s been disappointing in that regard. Has he brought great media coverage to the program? Sure. Has he elevated the program? Absolutely. But we all know why we watch. It’s for titles. I thought we would have 4-5 by now. Our most recent teams have all been the same. Lose games they shouldn’t lose, drop to a lower seed in tourney then get bounced.

Nothing satisfies me as a fan other than a title. Everybody else is basically the same way. We start the season thinking final 4. We play a few games and we wonder if this team can even play .500 ball. I don’t see anything about this team that tells me they will contend this year.

it’s just a disheartening experience. You expect the best. But with differing philosophies between the coach and the fans, you have to wonder if it will ever happen.
