Pitino says he won't watch March Madness this year

I don't.

If you seen his lips moving then I am pretty sure that he is lying. Has anyone on here ever see a player recover from a high ankle sprain faster than Spalding did. He played three or four days after they announced the injury.

Nope, not true. His interest is in himself and how any, and everything, benefits numero uno; that is himself. He could care less about UL other than it being a vehicle to promote himself. If he did, he would resign.
Your first sentence was redundant. As to your second, the correct saying is he could NOT care less. To say he could care less means exactly that, he could care less(as in other things matter). If this is over your head, or all those who post this, use Al Gore's invention, the interweb, for some further clarification.

Pitino is so pathetic it's hard to laugh at his sickness anymore,on today's yahoo article where he pretends like his leaving UL would be best for the school,he supposedly knocks down NBA rumors.
Freaking no team in the NBA is interested in his failure *** as far as I've heard,he's thrown out feelers several times and never got a bite, but his ego makes him state he's not going to the NBA,geez.

Is he going to turn down cbs money for being an analyst ? Heck no. He wants to feed his ego and wallet.
that's what I was going to ask - bet he gets asked to do that. He'll have to watch the games
plus, it'll give him another chance to play victim - all segments will be carefully scripted to portray him as such

I don't have enough middle fingers to express how I feel about Pitino

English major, eh? Ever heard of an interjection in the English language? I can tell quite a few things have gone over your head and those that haven't have nothing between your ears to slow them down prior to exit. Why don't you interweb, whatever the hell that is, genius, yourself back over to the L1C4 cesspool from whence you came. Your stench followed you and is as foul as your opinion and analysis of my diction.

The BBN is a tough crowd! Pitino arguably did more for UK Basketball than anyone since Coach Rupp. Cal has won a lot of games, but Pitino dragged UK BB back from the abyss of destruction and made it viable again. Then, he left for the pros for more money and ultimately ended up back in college BB at a rival school. For this sin he is crucified on a daily basis and anything positive he's ever done in life is dismissed because he's a "traitor". I thought the Mafia was the only group that a person could never leave while alive. I for one appreciate what he accomplished while at UK. He has said he made a mistake leaving UK and I have no doubt he would have returned had the job been open and been offered to him when he returned to college BB. He passed on Michigan because his wife wanted to live in Kentucky again. UL then offered him a job and he took it. I don't blame him one iota and doubt if there's anyone on this board who would have turned down the job, no matter how much we protest that it would be unthinkable. Rivalry with UL is great, but this sick and unceasing degradation of their coach isn't good for anyone.

A low post ,new account here lecturing us on how we should treat Rick Pitino,I've got news for you ,if Coach K left and came back to UNC the same way Pitino did,he'd be crucified worse than Pitino gets.
Idiots like you pass judgement but don't look at the whole picture,of all the places Pitino could have went ,he chose UK's biggest instate rival, had he stayed here at UK he would have been a God,but no,he not only went to UL,but thought he was bigger than UK Basketball and could convert UK Fans to UL/Pitino Fans, obviously like your dumbass.
The ******** about Joanne Pitino wanting to live in Kentucky is a Lie,as a contractor I've been close enough to that slimy pair of yankee carpetbaggers to know exactly how they think about Kentuckians.Pitino has tried to hurt UK Basketball in numerous ways,by trying to cut off UK BB Game broadcasts on radio and TV in Louisville where the 2nd largest contingent of UK Fans reside,by trying to stop UK from playing in Freedom Hall and the yum center except in the annual UK win over UL.
Pitino has made numerous snide comments about Kentucky Fans and Kentuckians, has been part of UL embezzling tax payer $$$ to benefit the Jurich-Pitino Cartel that controls the Louisville media like the Mafia . I'm willing to bet you are a Courier Journal Pitino *** Kisser like Bozich or Demling.
Pitino has covered up rapes, drug abuse, domestic violence, abortions, and sexism against women at UL and you think we should worship him for disgracing the State? He undoubetly helped supply prostitutes to underage recruits among the many other crimes. You want to worship a Narcissistic,Lying,POS like Pitino,go ahead, but don't come here preaching how we should feel or act. Kentucky Basketball helped Pitino as much as he helped it if not more, you think the Boston Celtics would have put out the money they gave him to fail before he made a name at Kentucky? Run on back to your L1C4 idiocy clown,Pitino deserves everything happening and more if the whole truth came out

Nice post! Well, maybe not that nice. Pitino's done plenty wrong in his personal life. But, any evidence for most of your accusations lies only within your mind. Maybe you could put aside your blind hatred long enough to examine the difference between what most people accept as fact and what you accept as fact.

While he may have drug UK back from the abyss of destruction he has now drug UL into the cesspool of scandal after scandal. This is not his only transgression, he has a whole litany of behavior unbecoming of a division one b-ball coach at a supposedly big time school. No other big program would've put up with this BS. If you wish to defend this low life feel free to do so but go to their board to do it. The sick and unceasing degradation of a coach started with the Ville and the "right people" are still looking into it. And yes, I would turn down the job whether you believe me or not. In my mind that would be like me going to work for the Russian navy after retiring from the USN. I wouldn't sell my soul and integrity for any price. If I was good enough to be offered that job then there will be plenty of other options available.

What I know to be fact, like I said,I've been close enough to see

As far as what most people accept? At one time most people accepted the world was flat, tells me not to believe everything I hear from Wolves about Sheep being their friend.

Don't you love how these L1C4 idiots have spewed hatred for Kentucky and John Calipari decades for UK and since 2009 for Cal with made up allegations, outright lies, and all sorts of BS conspiracies, and when they are the ones caught with their hands in the cookie jar ,err Katina Jar,they come here crying for mercy and how we should support the traitor and UL. Just like the idiots saying we should support UL in 2013,well watch how many Dirty Redbird Fans support Kentucky this year.
Karmas a ***** and Pitino and his minions deserve the max.

What some seem to forget, when the UL job was open there were other high profile college jobs open. I believe Michigan and UNLV were two of them at the time. Had Pitino took either one of them, BBN would not have the animosity towards him like it is now. He should have known better but he let his ego get in the way.

I believe his ego is the crux of the issue. Proverbs 16:18 Pride comes before destruction, and an arrogant spirit before a fall.
