Brady gets unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for yelling at the ref. I HATE standing up for Brady, but he was right. It was contact to the head, and according to the rules should be called. Ref didn't like being told he was wrong.

Lip was busted with minimal blood.

Meh. Rub dirt on it, Tom!

Agreed. These “taunting” penalties are ruining the NFL.

Absolutely unreal that Von Miller can hit Brady’s face, bloody his lip, and Brady gets a penalty for talking… What a joke.

1st unsportsmanlike penalty in Brady’s entire career.

And the Suh taunt penalty also drastically affected the game.

Hard to watch when they can arbitrarily create penalties

Brady = 10/22 for 112yds and 1 INT
Brady's weakness was always a rush up the middle
Rams are a little bit good at that

LA looking good for the 2nd straight week. If they put up points when they get the ball to start the 3rd it could be lights out.

Agreed. I forgot where I heard it but some podcast that I listen to was talking about these penalties. They said something like these NFL players play the entire game with peak emotion and then they have to switch it off as soon as the play is over, which is ridiculous.

Emotion and taunting are two different things.

Weird play, but the ball was already incomplete on the ground when the late hit happened. Haven’t seen one of those before.

exactly once the Rams moved to St. Louis and Raiders back to Oakland, the majority of football fans in LA became 49ers fans anyway, not to mention that LA sports fans in general are terrible. I would venture to say 4 out of 5 football fans in California root for the 49ers.
How are LA fans terrible? The Dodgers lead MLB in attendance almost every year and the Lakers always sell out.

We are not talking about getting in the players face and saying something about their mom. With the taunting rule that is enforced as a point of emphasis in the NFL this year players have been penalized for looking at the other teams bench after making play. The enforcement is also inconsistent between games and officials.
